Privacy statement voor agenda gebruik
Onderstaande tekst betreft de verplichte privacy statement voor het gebruik van de Google agenda door ZCP.
Belangrijk om te weten in dit kader:
Je moet toestemming verlenen aan ZCP op jouw computer om gebruik te kunnen maken van je agenda. Bij deze toestemming krijgt ZCP een token toegewezen en daarmee kan je agenda worden geraadpleegd en gewijzigd. ZCP houdt agendagegevens versleuteld vast in jouw ZC4 map. Ze worden op geen enkele manier gecommuniceerd met ons als ZCP leverancier.
Privacy Policy
The ZCP Provider for Google/CalDav Calendar, zc4-caldav (the “Provider”) is a module for ZCP Complete Classification, written by Hans Dijkema (the “Author”). The module synchronizes calendaring data with the Google Calendar API (the “Service”), owned by Google (the “Service Provider”).
This page contains the policies regarding collection, transmission and use of your data when using the Provider. By using the Provider, you (the “User”) agree to the policies set herein.
Usage of your Google Calendar by the Provider:
The Provider accesses the calendar you give it access to, the “Calendar”, as follows:
– It reads the subjects, dates and recipients of events in Calendar for requested months and displays them in the GUI of ZCP when you plan an appointment with a client.
– It creates new events in Calendar when you plan an appointment with a client.
– It removes the previously planned events from Calendar if you cancel a previously planned appointment with a client.
– It changes the date of existing previously planned events if you change a previously planned appointment with a client.
There’s no further usage of your Calendar by the Provider.
Collection and use of information by the Author:
The Author does not have access to user data exchanged between the User and the Service, including but not limited to calendar events, settings, or tasks. Through a dashboard made available by the Service Provider, the Author has access to aggregated and summarized analytical information about the use of the Service, such as total number of requests by all users or rate of errors.
Storing of user data:
The Provider stores your user data locally on your computer, using mechanisms provided by ZCP and its calendaring module. The information is kept in your ZCP data.
Collection and use of Information by the Service Provider:
The collection and use of information by Service Provider is not governed by this privacy policy. Functionally, the Provider exchanges and transmits calendaring data between the User’s computer and the Service. Therefore, please refer to https://policies.google.com/privacy for information about the Service Provider’s privacy practices.
